On arriving at Serendib, you find fully automated and electrically operated entrance gates, a commanding driveway, covered car portico, two car garage and arrival entrance. As you enter the property, you have already observed the marina and the estates 200 ft boat dock. After parking, your arrival takes you into the heart of the property, where you can choose to enter the home or take in the amazing views of the ocean, the two beaches, the tropical gardens and various trails, hammocks, and seating areas. After arrival in the entry foyer, the main house includes a hexagonal great room of approximately 500 sq ft with ocean on two sides and marina on one side, dining room, spacious kitchen, undercover terrace with large cocktail area, huge master suite, two further ensuite bedrooms, gym/studio, media room and home theater.There are 10 beds in total that are spread across the main house, guest wing, guest house and staff quarters.
